Sharing a repertoire of unique originals and creative cover arrangements, The Gather Rounders are delighting ever-widening audiences, bringing seasoned musicianship, tasteful innovation, and passionate energy to the stage where ever they go. These Maine based musical veterans have collaborated with the likes of Darol Anger, David Wilcox, Tony Trischka, Peter Rowan, Bill Keith, Loudon Wainwright, John Gorka and Rushad Eggleston.
With a captivating soprano voice that lends itself to an eclectic repertoire of folk, bluegrass, swing and world music, Caroline Cotter is a dynamic singer-songwriter whose debut album, Dreaming as I Do reached #5 on the national Folk DJ charts in 2015.
Ron Cody is a genre-defying banjoist who, according to Tony Trischka, “can hit from all sides.” His recordings have been featured on All Things Considered, The Thistle and the Shamrock and Sirius Radio’s Bluegrass Junction.
Fiddler and vocalist Eric Lee’s talents range from conducting pit orchestras to fiddling with folk and bluegrass legends such as John Gorka and Peter Rowan. A sought-after session player, Lee has garnered a recorded legacy covering many genres.
Lincoln Meyers, a legendary flatpicking guitar virtuoso and singer, toured nationally with the award-winning Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen and The April Verch Band and has been featured on the cover of Flatpicking Guitar Magazine.
Wendy Cody has laid her solid bass lines down throughout the northeast with the venerable New England Bluegrass Band and has recorded with musical luminaries such as Jesse Brock, Heather Masse, Rushad Eggleston, Roland White, Grant Gordy and Alex Hargreaves.
