YOGA with LUCY WEBERLING

Musician, festivarian and yoga instructor Lucy Weberling, of Festival Yoga/Inner Smile Promotions, leads her popular yoga sessions each morning at the Catskill Stage, often with more 100 participants or more. Come stretch your body, calm your mind, and energize your spirit. A 500-hour certified yoga instructor, Lucy was educated at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA. She’s also a member of Yoga Alliance, the organization that maintains the integrity of yoga teaching. Lucy is a bluegrass musician, a Leadership Bluegrass Alumni Committee member and an avid festival reveler. She is well versed in the rigors of festival life: long hours, precious little sleep, and lots of pickin’. MEDITATION with NOEL COAKLEY

Noel Coakley is an independently licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with master’s degrees in Counseling from Lesley University and Special Education from UMass, Boston. Noel is a father, husband, brother, musician, and friend to a dog named Jerry. In addition to offering training and consultation in mindfulness and meditation practice, he serves as a therapist for individuals, families, and groups in the Greater Boston and Metrowest areas.
