Time: See Schedule. Normally from 10am daily.

Musician, festivarian and yoga instructor Lucy Weberling, of Festival Yoga/Inner Smile Promotions, leads her popular yoga sessions each morning at the Catskill Stage, often with more 100 participants or more. Come stretch your body, calm your mind, and energize your spirit. A 500-hour certified yoga instructor, Lucy was educated at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA. She’s also a member of Yoga Alliance, the organization that maintains the integrity of yoga teaching. Lucy is a bluegrass musician, a Leadership Bluegrass Alumni Committee member and an avid festival reveler. She is well versed in the rigors of festival life: long hours, precious little sleep, and lots of pickin’. So bring your mat, stretch and relax to the live musical accompaniment of the ever-evolving Lotus Blossom Special.
