● Full-Festival Camping Pass (Ages 18+) – The classic Grey Fox experience, with camping included.
● Teen Full-Festival Camping Pass (Ages 13–17) – An affordable full-festival camping option for teens.
● 3-Day Non-Camping Pass (Thursday–Saturday) – Perfect for guests staying in local hotels, B&Bs, vacation rentals, or commuting. Includes free day parking.
● Senior (60+) 3-Day Non-Camping Pass
● Day Tickets available beginning February 14.
● Children 12 & Under – Free with a ticketed adult.
Refunds & Exchanges
● Exchanges and upgrades are permitted.
● No refunds.
● Grey Fox takes place rain or shine.

If your plans change, you may safely buy or sell Grey Fox tickets through our official ticket exchange, Tixel. We strongly recommend using Tixel to help protect both buyers and sellers.

Frequently asked questions about Tixel
How do I list my ticket on Tixel?
Head to https://tixel.com/sell and click “Sell your tickets”. Choose either the “in my email” option and follow the prompts to forward your confirmation email to Tixel.
Does resale close?
Resale will remain open throughout the event. Note that once a ticket is scanned into the festival, it will not be eligible for resale. For example, if a 3 day ticket is scanned the first day it cannot be sold the second day.
How does the Tixel waitlist work?
Head to Tixel and select “Join the Waitlist”. You can then pre-authorize payment for your preferred ticket types or simply sign up to receive alerts for when tickets become available.
To give yourself the best chance of getting a ticket you can set up an auto-purchase on Tixel by clicking ‘join the waitlist’ then ‘set up auto-purchase’. Select the ticket you want, the quantity and then the price you are willing to pay (noting that the price will be capped). If another fan lists a ticket, you’ll automatically purchase it if your price matches theirs. You can choose when your auto-purchase expires, and your card won’t be charged after that.
How do I buy a ticket on Tixel?
Head to Tixel and select the ticket type you’re looking for. Here, you can safely purchase tickets from other fans and they will either be shipped to your or available at will call. If no tickets are available, you can join the waitlist and pre-authorize payment or set up alerts for when tickets become available.
How do I get help with Tixel?
Head to tixel.com/help and follow the prompts to access Tixel’s help center articles.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. If you can no longer make the event, you can sell your ticket(s) on Tixel at tixel.com/sell. Click “Sell your tickets”. Choose either the “in my email” option and follow the prompts to forward your confirmation email to Tixel.
Payouts
Sellers can follow this article to enter their payout details to be paid for tickets they sell. Buyers will enter their credit card information when they are buying a ticket.
