Important: First choose the link that corresponds with your payment method. Then fill out the application. Those paying by credit/debit card will be taken to secure payment page (on Eventim). Those paying by check should mail them right away. Options below:


Option 1: Volunteers Paying Online (Credit/Debit)

Note: After you submit your application, you will be automatically directed to the secure payment screen to pay the $25 fee. Your application is not complete until payment is made. Check your email for a confirmation; if you aren’t redirected, use the link in that email to finish.


Option 2: Volunteers Paying by Check/Money Order

Note: After submitting your application, please mail your $25 check within seven days. You will not be considered for placement until the check clears. If paying for more than one volunteer, we must know the name of each volunteer being paid for.

Option 3: Crew Chiefs and Staff Registration

Note: Use this option ONLY if you are a confirmed Crew Chief or Staff Member (the $25 fee is waived). This form is required to generate your festival credentials. Regular volunteers who use this link will be required to re-apply.
