NOTE: Please use only the links below to apply rather than saved bookmarks. Outdated links will cause errors.

Important: First choose the link that corresponds with your payment method. Then fill out the application. Those paying by credit/debit card will be taken to secure payment page (on Eventim). Those paying by check should mail them right away. Options below:

Option 1: Volunteers Paying Online (Credit/Debit)

First, pay the $25 registration fee. You will then be directed to the volunteer application form. Your registration is not complete until both steps have been completed. If the application form does not appear after payment, please let us know.

Option 2: Volunteers Paying by Check/Money Order

Note: After submitting your application, please mail your $25 check within seven days. You will not be considered for placement until the check clears. If paying for more than one volunteer, we must know the name of each volunteer being paid for.

Option 3: Crew Chief/Senior Staff Registration

Note: Use this option ONLY if you are a confirmed Crew Chief or Senior Staff Member (the $25 fee is waived). This form is required to generate your festival credentials. Regular volunteers who use this link will be required to re-apply.
