How do I log in?
New customers: Create an account. Your email address will be your user name.
Returning customers: You have an account. Enter your email and password.
Password Retrieval: Retrieving your password takes a few seconds. Please be patient.

How do I resell a ticket?
Please not sell or buy tickets on social media. For everyone’s safety, we are partnering with CashOrTrade, our official resale agent. It’s easy and secure. Just click, create your account, then sell or buy. CashOrTrade will do the rest. https://cashortrade.org

This is the fastest way to get CashorTrade assistance. COT support team is available 9am-9pm eastern 7 days a week. They are connected to every user’s account on CashorTrade so they can assist with any issues such as logging in, creating posts, and buying or selling tickets. 

How do I transfer a ticket to a friend?

• Go to https://www.tickets-secure.net/gfbg-2024
• Click on LOGIN (upper right on laptop; ‘hamburger menu’ on phone).
• Enter EMAIL (for User Name) and your PASSWORD.
• Click MY ACCOUNT (upper right on laptop; ‘hamburger menu’ on phone).
• Select DATE and click DETAILS. Be sure to select the right year. 
• Change name of ticket holder and click SAVE.
• Scroll down to TICKETS (bottom of page)
• Scroll and click PRINT to save PDF to desktop or phone.

How do I find or print my tickets?
