MIGHTY REA is a three-piece acoustic group, made up of Annie McDougall, Rosa Joe Jacobs and Emma Turoff. With fiddle, guitar, and mandolin at the heart of their sound, the trio focuses on playing their original tunes and songs. These songs primarily live on the rich landscapes of americana, old-time, and folk music.

Members Rosa Joe Jacobs, Emma Turoff, and Annie McDougall all came from different backgrounds, but bonded in their appreciation of the power of musical storytelling and simplicity.
