Grey Fox is over the top thrilled to welcome Sister Sadie for the first time! If you’re not already a fan, you will be. Their explosive vocals, unique arrangements, poignant songwriting, and stunning instrumentals combine to evoke the very essence of the mountains. The all-female quintet is Deanie Richardson (fiddle), Gena Britt (banjo & vocals), Jaelee Roberts (guitar & vocals), Dani Flowers (guitar & vocals), and Maddie Dalton (bass & vocals). Since their formation in 2012, Sister Sadie has achieved increasing success, winning IBMA awards like Vocal Group of the Year and Fiddle Player of the Year for Richardson. Their accolades include a Grammy nomination for their album “Sister Sadie II” and recognition at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s American Currents exhibit. With their third studio album in the works under Mountain Home Records, and recent honors like SPBGMA awards for Roberts and Britt, and a performance at the Grand Ol’ Opry, Sister Sadie shines brightly as they enter their second decade.
