Wyatt Ellis

The future of bluegrass looks very bright. Case in point: 14-year-old Wyatt Ellis, who has become one of the most-watched young musicians in bluegrass. Wyatt is a mando wizard, and he’s already appeared several times on the Grand Ol’ Opry. His debut single, “Grassy Cove,” went to #1 on the Bluegrass Today charts and his second single, “Get Lost,” debuted on the same chart at #5. The East Tennessee native is a devotee of Bill Monroe, and he’s been mentored by folks we know and love, like Sierra Hull, Bobby Osborne, Mike Compton, and others. In only two years on the scene, Wyatt has become a multi-instrumentalist and has been invited to perform on stage with some of the most iconic musicians of this era, including Billy Strings, Dierks Bentley, Peter Rowan, Sam Bush, Bryan Sutton, Dailey & Vincent, and Marty Stuart. Yeh, he’s that good. Don’t miss him on Saturday.

“Wyatt has the fluidity, feel, timing, and “ancient tones” that make seasoned pros scratch their head in wonder.”

Bluegrass Today

“Ellis has quickly cemented himself as a sterling newcomer in the bluegrass scene.”
