Jen Mapes Hula hoop workshop

Hoops by Jem, featuring Jen Mapes, will teach basic hula hooping skills and tricks. This workshop is for kids and adults. There will be limited demo hoops available to use during the workshop, so feel free to bring your own. Hula hoops for kids and adults will be available for purchase after the workshop. Jen has been teaching hula hooping for 8 years and has been coming to Grey Fox since 2017. She is a certified hula hoop fitness instructor and teaches hoop dance to all ages.
