When Steve Charney says he’s the greatest bluegrass musician in the country he’s not bragging…he’s lying.
But he is a fine magician and ventriloquist. And don’t think his act is just for kids because he’s on the family stage. Grownups laugh just as much as the tykes.

Steve has performed internationally for over 40 years (at least 30 years at Greyfox). He’s written dozens of songs for Jim Henson and Disney and published over 15 books. Steve’s latest venture is his TikTok channel.

But Harry, Steve’s dummy, is the real star of the show, which is the reason Steve keeps him around. Harry insists on being called a wooden American.
