Hazel Dickens at 100: Della Mae with Special Guests Laurie Lewis and Alice Gerrard is a very special show to celebrate the trailblazing and enduring music of songwriter and bluegrass singer Hazel Dickens on her 100th birthday in 2025. From her timelessly poignant songs about the struggles of coal miners to her pioneering music that gave voice to the experiences of working women, Hazel’s songs continue to inspire new generations of bluegrass musicians.

This show will feature Della Mae with special guests GRAMMY and IBMA-award winning artist Laurie Lewis and Alice Gerrard of the duo Hazel and Alice. Both women are pioneering songwriters and musicians as well as longtime friends and collaborators of Hazel Dickens who each have carried forward her legacy as pioneering and enduring vocalists, songwriters and musicians.
